Shipping Policy


Tailgaters ships to anywhere in the USA by USPS Priority. Most orders ship within 2 business days of order receipt.

The Shipping and Handling charge for an order consisting of any ONE item is $5.99. An order consisting of TWO or more items will incur a Shipping and Handling charge of $9.99.

Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Tailgaters is not responsible for shipping delays on the part of the carrier. Customers should allow for longer shipping times during the high volume period of December 15th thru December 31st.

Please carefully check the item(s) you have ordered (ie: size, color, team) and your billing and shipping addresses to ensure proper processing. Tailgaters is not responsible for incorrect merchandise selection. The customer is responsible for any charges that may be incurred as the result of providing an incorrect shipping address.

You will be notified via email in the event that an item is back-ordered or out of stock. It is possible that multiple item orders will arrive in separate shipments. No additional shipping charges will be incurred for split shipments. In rare instances items may ship directly from the vendor. Tailgaters is not responsible for shipping delays attributable to the vendor.


Online Returns Policy

  • Any item(s) can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. (Does not include shipping charges)
  • Tailgaters is not responsible for any damaged items or returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending merchandise back for a return.
  • Merchandise must be in its original saleable condition, including any stickers or tags.
  • If a player has been traded, any returns or exchanges for that jersey will be valued at the new discounted price, regardless of when the purchase was made.
